Introduction

We Offer Specific Solutions
For Each Client

We are a source manufacturer of professional steel wire, we also have our own international trade department, we produce and sell by ourselves. We not only brought in 10 sets of spheroidizing annealing furnaces, dozens of metal wiredrawing equipments and twoworld's leading automatic phosphating pickling lines, but also engaged senior engineers as consultants fromTaiwan. The raw material that we use are supplied by the well known suppliers such as Bao Steel Co., Ltd and Xingtai lron & Steel Corp., Ltd. Also, the domestic lron & Steel manufacturers can be nominated by our customers. We mainly produce steel wire made of alloy steel, bearing steel, free-cutting steel, high-quality carbon structural steel, low-alloy high-strength structural steel and other materials as raw materials. The annual output is 360,000 tons. It is one of the largest finished wire production bases in Ningbo. We serve all kinds of fasteners, special-shaped parts, automotive fasteners, wind power, petroleum and other fields. Ningbo SunRise is able to meet the high quality requirements of our customers throughout the whole operation process from raw materials to finished products.

The Role of Automotive Steel in Vehicle Manufacturing
Automotive steel is a type of steel that is specifically designed and developed for use in vehicle manufacturing. It is a durable, high-strength material that is widely used in the automotive industry due to its excellent properties, such as high resistance to deformation and corrosion, as well as its ability to absorb energy during impact.
One of the most significant advantages of automotive steel is its strength-to-weight ratio. This means that it can provide the necessary strength and rigidity to the vehicle without adding significant weight, which can help to improve fuel efficiency and reduce emissions. Furthermore, automotive steel is easy to form and weld, which makes it ideal for use in the mass production of vehicles.
There are several types of automotive steel, each with its own unique properties and advantages. These include:
1.High-Strength Low-Alloy (HSLA) Steel: This type of steel is designed to provide high strength and durability while reducing weight. It is commonly used in the manufacture of structural components, such as chassis and suspension systems.
2.Dual-Phase (DP) Steel: DP steel is a high-strength material that combines the strength of martensitic steel with the formability of ferritic steel. It is commonly used in the manufacture of body panels and other components that require both strength and formability.
3.Advanced High-Strength Steel (AHSS): AHSS is a new class of automotive steel that offers superior strength, formability, and crashworthiness compared to traditional steels. It is commonly used in the manufacture of safety-critical components, such as side impact beams and roof pillars.
